From 59 – 35 days prior to departure : 60% of the cancelled cabins amount
From 34 – 20 days prior to departure : 90 % of the cancelled cabins amount
19 days or less : 100% of the cancelled cabins amount

Up to 95 days prior to departure : 10 of the cancelled cabins amount
From 94 – 65 days prior to departure : 40 % of the cancelled cabins amount
From 64 – 35 days prior to departure : 60 % of the cancelled cabins amount

20 days or less : 100% of the cancelled cabins amount

Children Price & Extra Bed:

Infants below the age of 4 years may sleep in their parent’s cabin without extra but the company cannot guarantee the availability of a cot.
Children up to 12 years must occupy a berth and pay 70% of the adult rate if sharing the same cabins. Full rate applied if staying in a different cabin.

They belong to the Tint Tint Group, the Biggest scam organisation I have ever met! The CEO of this company lacks basic modern principles like honesty and integrity. The time she has spent in Germany has obviously not made any impact. In the modern world, business people must be honest and truthful!
