The lower water in Mekong River normaly is from March to August. However It depends on some years. If the year has less raining, and the weather is very dry. The water level is low very early starting in middle of february  .

No, there are not any cruises connecting between Laos and Cambodia due to the abrupt terrain of the river including rapids, waterfalls.

In the general, travel to Southeast asia, the best time is between Octobre and May. For cruise in Cambodia you can do it from August to March. For the Laos cruises , you can do it from August to May.

For any boat operates in Mekong River, they have all safty condition and equipment : Life buoy and life jacket. All staff get well trained about safty for the cruising on Mekong River. The government of each country they often check the condition of every boat cruise.

It could happen rarely as number of reasons from cruise operator. We will always inform you far in advance and if we have to change the cruise that must be an 'upgrade' to better one. Not a 'surprise' to our customers. You will have control on that change totally even the cancellation without any charges.

Cruise operator has varied services on cruise, someone may not join all additional services (like kayaking, special meals for Veteran...) and someone does. Prices can be different too depending on contract between cruise operator and travel agencies (like us). We confidently guarantee the lower price or the same with all agencies to the same cruise and services.

Apart from charter, one of you will share room or cabin with someone else as prices are quoted as twin shared basic. A small additional single charge is optioned if you want to take single room or cabin. Triple cabin (for 3 adults) is rarely existed in our cruise list.

Right! There are different ranges of cruise, different in styles, prices. If you don't know which one is suitable for yourself, we highly recommend you contact our sales for best recommendation for your trip. Sometimes, expensive cruises may not yet be the best for you and so on.

We prepare for a variety of weather conditions depending on your travel season and the river you will be cruising on. Layering clothing items is always your best bet, as this allows each person to adjust to any temperature, including artificially maintained temperatures, by removing or adding items throughout the day. What should I wear ashore? Comfortable, sporty, smart-casual daywear is appropriate both onshore and onboard. You will find a significant amount of walking over uneven terrain during your time ashore. We recommend comfortable walking shoes with good ankle support. Don’t forget to pack a waterproof jacket (preferably hooded).
