Cancellation will complete only after acknowledgement by e- mail from cruise reservation to Travel & Tour company .
A cancellation fee is applicable on the total amount of the contracted room rate/reservation for each room cancelled within:

Guide Policy
Guide room is subject to be available and charge USD 70 per night onboard inclusive of full board accommodation and coffee/tea/mineral water in every schedule trip.
Child Policy
Complimentary up to 5 years old sharing with Guardian’s cabin.
Children less than 12 years old in parents cabin should pay 50% per cruise with a maximum of 3 persons per cabin.
Maximum Capacity
Maximum capacity of the cruise is 15 pax incl. extra beds. Maximum occupancy for each cabin is three registered guest. For each departure, minimum capacity must be 2 cabins. ADC keeps the right to charge additional charges for the trip as per minimum occupancy of the cruise and will be notified within 30 days before departure.
