Cancellation will complete only after acknowledgement by e- mail from cruise reservation to Travel & Tour company .
A cancellation fee is applicable on the total amount of the contracted room rate/reservation for each room cancelled within:

Guide Policy
Guide room is subject to be available and charge USD 50 per night onboard inclusive of full board accommodation and coffee/tee/mineral water in every schedule trip.

Extra Night
Accommodation for extra nights (twin share) will be USD 100 per night per person inclusive of all meals.

Child Policy

Infant below age of 4 years, complimentary with sharing Guidant’s cabin.
Children up to 12 years, must be 50% of adult rate if sharing in Twin cabin.

Maximum Capacity
Maximum capacity of the cruise is 10 pax. Maximum occupancy for each cabin is two registered guest. For each departure, minimum capacity must be 2 cabins. CDC keeps the right to charge additional charges for the trip as per minimum occupancy of the cruise and will be notified within 60 days before departure.
