Alert: The promised service is nothing but a deceit! Our reservation through Klook painted a picture of an opulent cruise aboard a boat boasted to belong to a Cambodian prince. Yet, this was a sheer ruse! We were ushered onto a basic barque. When I probed about the luxury vessel, the response was a cavalier admission of its breakdown, forcing us onto this inferior option. Even more appalling, when I insisted on discussing the drastic drop in service quality and demanded fair compensation, my concerns were completely dismissed.
